Module description
In this module you will gain a thorough understanding of the central issues of innovation management and strategy in firms as well as of innovation policy and its implications for firms’ competitiveness in an international context. The module is designed to strengthen your analytical skills and prepare you to face the strategic challenges of managing innovation.
The module covers a foundation range of key issues in managing innovation. It starts by questioning what innovation is and explores different analytical concepts, theories and tools that can be used to better understand and influence innovation. It uses a mix of guest speakers, case studies and debates in innovation in the seminars.
