Module description
The project is a detailed piece of research analysis on a research topic which aligns with your degree programme. It is supervised by a member of academic staff within our Business School and includes a critical literature review and empirical work (primary or secondary data) to address a specific research question(s) and/or test specific hypotheses (quantitative) within your chosen research topic.
The aim of the project is to give you the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills acquired over the previous three years, and experience in completing a piece of original research.
Learning objectives
By the end of the module, you will have:
- selected a suitable topic and research question(s) for investigation
- conducted a critical literature review
- collected, described and analysed a relevant set of qualitative or quantitative data
- presented your findings in a systematic and coherent manner
- linked your findings to the literature covered in the literature review
- submitted a piece of work that is entirely your own contribution.
