Module description
In this module we examine how change management theory can inform and support change management practice whilst carrying out organisational change. Wherever possible, we will use live change issues as the context for testing out the value of theory and will examine a range of change management and consulting tools and techniques alongside academic concepts and frameworks in these cases and other case studies to evaluate their impact.
The overall aim is to give you direct access to real change problems and issues and develop your confidence and ability to provide practical solutions informed by literature and research.
